Useful Things LLC ("We") will not use your email or files for any purpose other than sending a fax and an email confirmation. We will delete your email and files within 30 days of use. We will never sell your email to any other company. We will not inspect any of the files uploaded to our system, except that a computer program may automatically open your file to verify that it is properly formatted. NOTE: We will stamp your IP address on your outbound fax cover sheet.

No Warranty
We do not make any promises as to the operation of this service. The system should work as expected, but we depend on other technology and infrastructure providers and have little control over them. There may even be a bug in our own code (doubtful). We will refund the cost of use of the service if it didn't work for you. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to block your IP address if you are a bloody spammer, or for any other reason.

No Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, express or implied, that result from the use of our service or from the breach of our data, or for any other reason. DO NOT send us any files that compromise any sort of national, corporate, or personal security. That's what WikiLeaks is for.
